6. Payment methods

7. Shipping
Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on the courier service, customer location, peak seasons, or circumstances beyond Mas Fit's control.
Once the order is delivered to the courier company, responsibility for transit time lies with the logistics provider. However, at Mas Fit, we follow up to support the customer at all times.
8. Cancellations
If the customer wishes to cancel an order after making payment, cancellation will only proceed if the order has not yet been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.
In the event of an authorized cancellation, an administrative penalty of 5% of the total amount paid may apply.
If the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation will not proceed.
