How to Buy
Placing your order is easy, fast, and 100% secure. You just need to create an account, add products to your cart, provide your address and payment method, and you're done! Once your payment is confirmed, we will release the order and ship it immediately.
STEP BY STEP
- Choose your products: Click on Buy. Select quantity, flavor, size, or color.
- Review your cart: Click on Proceed to Checkout.
- Complete shipping information: If you have already saved it, it will auto-fill.
- Select payment method: Card, transfer, cash, etc.
- Confirm your order: You will see a summary with the total amount and a field for comments.
- Accept Terms and Conditions: Check the box and continue.
- Receive payment details: We send them by email and they are available in My Orders.
- Make payment: Card (Mercado Pago): immediate confirmation. OXXO: next business day ~11 a.m. 7-Eleven/Circle K/PayCash: ~2 business hours. SPEI transfer/bank deposit: 2 hours to next business day after uploading proof.
- AFTER PAYMENT: Once your payment is confirmed, we will prepare your order and send you the tracking code/guide by email.
HOW TO SEARCH FOR PRODUCTS: Search bar: type the name and click the magnifying glass. Categories or brands: navigate through the main menu. Advanced filters: filter by brand, flavor, or price. Can't find what you're looking for? Write to us via chat or at hola@masfit.com.mx and we'll gladly help you.
You do not need to open an account with us. When you make your first purchase, an account will automatically be created on our site, so your information will be saved to make your future purchases much faster and you will also be able to receive special promotions.
Payment Methods
BEFORE PAYING: When you add products to your cart and proceed with the purchase, we will show you the bank account where you can make the payment. We will also send it to you by email after completing the purchase, or you can access it in the "My Orders" section of your account.
AFTER PAYING: Once payment has been made, you must upload the proof of payment by logging into your account in the "My Orders" section. There, select the corresponding order and upload the payment receipt. You can also send it to servicio@suplementosgym.com.mx, indicating "Payment for order 9999" in the subject line.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION: Once the payment receipt has been sent or uploaded, confirmation will be made within approximately 24 hours. Saturdays, Sundays, and Official Holidays are not included. At month-end, in exceptional cases, confirmation may take a little longer.
Go to the nearest OXXO store. Show the receipt at the register (it is provided when placing the order, no need to print it). By doing so, your order will be confirmed and will automatically begin processing the next day at approximately 11:00 am.
Limited to purchases under $9,900. If you wish to purchase a larger amount, you must pay at the bank.
Go to any of these locations and state that you wish to make a payment via PayCash. Show the ticket at the counter (it will be provided when you place your order, no need to print it). Once this is done, your order will be confirmed and will automatically begin processing within 2 to 6 hours.
Limited to purchases under $9,900. If you wish to purchase a larger quantity, you can place another order.
We accept Credit and Debit cards through Mercado Pago: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, among others. If payment is approved, the order is confirmed instantly.
Limited to purchases under $6,900. If you wish to purchase a larger amount, you must pay at the bank.
Shipping & Tracking
1 kg: $130.00 pesos
2 - 5 kg: $150.00 pesos
6 - 10 kg: $180.00 pesos
11 - 20 kg: $200.00 pesos
21 - 30 kg: $220.00 pesos
DELIVERY TIME: Delivery times are 1 to 5 business days, depending on the state or city to which it is sent. Generally, when it is to towns around a city and it is delivered to your home, it takes a little longer to deliver.
WHEN YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER: Shipping time is calculated based on the type of purchase (Retail/Wholesale). You will be able to see the delivery time in the product details and the final breakdown in the shopping cart.
To track your shipment, go to "My Orders" and click on "View Order." There you can see your tracking code, as well as the courier service we used for shipping.
ORDER RESHIPMENT / REFUND / STORE CREDIT: If an order is returned to our facilities for reasons beyond the company's control (incorrect address, recipient absence, or unserved area), the customer will assume full responsibility for shipping costs, including: the cost of return shipping, the cost of new shipping, and any additional charges for reshipment or overweight. The new shipment will only be made once these amounts have been settled. If you request a refund or store credit, the previously described shipping costs will be deducted.
HOW TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS? Once your order is finalized, it is not possible to change the address. Therefore, it must be changed before finalizing it; the option appears in the shopping cart.
WHO CAN RECEIVE MY ORDER? Anyone at the address can receive it; they only need to present identification and sign for receipt.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
SUPPLEMENTS: Once the product is received, exchanges are not possible, except if you receive a product you did not order.
CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES: Exchanges are possible due to size, color, etc.
EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The shipping costs for the exchange are borne by the customer, unless you have received a product you did not order (in which case Mas Fit covers them). The merchandise must be in perfect condition, complete, and with a tag if it originally had one. You have 24 business hours from receipt to communicate your intention to exchange; otherwise, it will be understood that you are satisfied. To make an exchange, contact customer service with your order number handy.
ORDER CANCELLATION: You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. After it has been shipped, you must cover the shipping and return costs to our warehouse. The product must arrive at our warehouse for the refund to proceed. To cancel, send an email to hola@masfit.com.mx with the subject line: "Cancel my order #(order number)".
RETURNS - SUPPLEMENTS: Returns are not accepted due to taste, liquid color, consistency, or pill size.
RETURNS - CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES: If you require a different color or size, a return is not applicable, only an exchange (see the exchanges section).
RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS: To validate your return, you must record a clear and uninterrupted video of the package opening process and the product's condition, including the security seals. You have 24 business hours from receiving the product to notify us of the issue; after this time, it will be understood that you are satisfied. Shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless you received a product you did not order. Contact customer service with your order number ready.
REFUND / CREDIT BALANCE: Refunds are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month. Credit balances are authorized every Monday.
