MERCHANDISE THEFT INSURANCE
Purchases up to $5,000 pesos: Automatically insured, no separate purchase necessary. In case of theft, loss, etc., we guarantee to reship your product or fully refund the money you paid.
Purchases over $5,000 pesos: Insurance purchase is required. Covers: theft, loss, misplacement, or any form of unforeseen event. Does not cover products damaged by the shipping company. The insurance value will be 1% of the total purchase amount and must be paid along with your order payment.
IMPORTANT NOTE (for orders under and over $5,000): If your order has any issues, please provide evidence along with the complaint. It is very important that this evidence demonstrates the missing or lost product, so we highly recommend recording a video when you receive your order.

The most important protection is your password. We suggest you avoid giving it to third parties to prevent anyone else from accessing your data.
