Shipping Costs

  • 1 kg: $130.00 pesos
  • 2 to 5 kg: $150.00 pesos
  • 6 to 10 kg: $180.00 pesos
  • 11 to 20 kg: $200.00 pesos
  • 21 to 30 kg: $220.00 pesos

Delivery Time

Delivery times are 1 to 5 business days depending on the state or city to which it is shipped. Generally, when it is to towns around a city and it is home delivery, it takes a little longer to deliver.

Returns

We have a no-returns policy due to the tax implications involved.

When will I receive my order?

Shipping time is calculated based on the type of purchase (Retail/Wholesale). For your convenience, you can see the delivery time in the product detail and the final breakdown in the shopping cart.

Track Shipping

To track your shipment, go to "My Orders" and then click on "View Order". There you can see your tracking code, and we also indicate the courier service we use for shipping.

Order Reshipment / Refund / Credit Balance

In the event that an order is returned to our facilities for reasons beyond the company's control (such as incorrect address, recipient absence, or unserviced area), the customer will assume full responsibility for shipping costs.

This includes:

  • The cost of return shipping from the courier service to our warehouse.
  • The cost of the new shipment to the customer's address.
  • Any additional charges for re-delivery or overweight that may arise in this process.

The new shipment of the order will only be made once these amounts have been paid in full.

If you request a refund of your money or a credit balance, the previously described expenses will be deducted, and the refund or credit balance will be processed once the order has arrived at our warehouse.

Other Questions

How to change the shipping address?

Once your order is finalized, it is not possible to change the provided address. Therefore, it must be changed before finalizing it; the option appears in the shopping cart for you to fill in your new shipping details.

Who can receive my order?

Anyone at the provided address can receive your order. Only an ID is required, and they must sign for receipt.
